PROGRAM FOR GUESTS
6:00pm Guests gather for kick-off (address will be communicated by email)
7:00pm Guests go to their first address 1
7:15pm Chef 1 serves starter
8:00pm Guests leave for address 2
8:15pm Chef 2 serves main course
9:30pm Guests leave for address 3
9:45pm Chef 3 serves dessert
10:30pm Finish: all guests and chefs come together at a cafe in the neighborhood
The composition of the group of guests is different for each course.
WHERE WILL I HAVE DINNER?
Guests will start the evening at the kick-off address in our neighborhood. Guests will receive this address a few days before the Dinner by email. At 6pm you will be welcomed by your host/ hostess for a drink together with 20-25 guests. Here you will receive your personal itinerary with the three home addresses for the evening.
CAN WE REGISTER AS A COUPLE?
Guests take part either individually or as a couple. Both options are possible. Last year, half of the participants took part individually and the other half as couples. If you sign up as a couple, you share the same route.
ALLERGIES AND DIETARY WISHES
If you have any allergies, for example to nuts or shellfish or if you are a vegetarian, please mention this when you sign up.
MOBILITY
The addresses that you visit are not always in proximity to each other. A bicycle is therefore recommended. When registering, please inform us if you have limited mobility and cycling is not an option. The Walking Dinner Team will take this into account when assigning guests to chefs.
WHAT ARE THE COSTS?
Participation as a guest costs € 37.50 per person. There are no other costs involved. A guest’s participation is only secured once the payment has been made, after which they will receive a reservation number via email. This may take several days. In case the Walking Dinner has been fully booked, you will receive your money back.

WHAT IF I HAVE TO CANCEL LAST MINUTE?
If, after registering, you are unable to attend the Walking Dinner, you may transfer your reservation number to another local resident, but please don’t forget to inform us! Also, if you are unable to transfer your reservation to anyone, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can inform the chefs in time.
