Het Walking Dinner wordt georganiseerd door de vrijwilligers zoals vermeld op de website. Tijdens de inschrijving verzamelt de organisatie middels Google Forms de volgende persoonsgegevens: naam, geslacht, adres en contactgegevens (telefoonnummer en e-mailadres). Deze gegevens worden voor de planning en afstemming gebruikt. Daarnaast vragen we bankrekeningnummers voor het regelen van de betalingen met gasten en koks via onze Bunq-rekening. De rekeningnummers worden na 3 maanden vernietigd door de organisatie. De persoonsgegevens worden langer gebruikt in toekomstige planningen, (voor)aankondigen en in anonieme statistieken. Alle aankondigingen gaan via Mailchimp; deelnemers kunnen zichzelf afmelden via de link onderaan berichten. Door zich in te schrijven verleent de inschrijver toestemming voor de verwerking van deze persoonsgegevens en bankrekeningnummers. De organisatie verkoopt nooit persoonsgegevens aan derden. Bij bezwaar tegen de verwerking van persoonsgegevens na het Walking Dinner kunnen deelnemers contact opnemen via info@willemarchipel.nl. Via dat adres kunnen zij ook inzage krijgen in de door de organisatie verzamelde gegevens.

The Walking Dinner is organised by the volunteers as stated on the website. The Walking Dinner Team collects registrations through Google Forms. The following personal information are collected: name, sex, address and contact information (phone number and email address).
Participants’ data is used for planning and coordination. We also ask for bank account details to control the payments of guests and chefs through our Bunq bank account. Bank account details will be destroyed after three months by the Walking Dinner Team. Personal data will be saved longer for future planning, announcements and for anonymous statistics. All announcements go via MailChimp; participants can unsubscribe themselves using the link at the bottom of posts. By registering the subscriber grants consent to the processing of their personal data, including bank account details. The Walking Dinner Team never sells personal information to third parties. If you object to the processing of personal data after the Walking Dinner, please contact us via info@willemarchipel.nl.
